Rocco A. "Rocky" Migliori III
Rocco A."Rocky” Migliori III, 82, of Rome, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 with his loving family by his side.
Rocky was born in Rome on September 30, 1940, the son of Rocco Jr. and Jennie Procopio Migliori. He attended Rome City Schools and graduated from Rome Free Academy in 1958. Rocky served in the United States Navy from 1959 to 1963. While in the Navy, he played the clarinet in the Admiral’s band. On September 5, 1964, Rocky married Marie Ferrucci, a blessed union of 58 years. Rocky retired from Utica Corp in 2000. He bartended and cooked at the Toccolana Club and bartended at Green Acres and Vernon Downs. He was also Past President of the Toccolana Club. He enjoyed playing golf, poker and playing Santa at church. Rocky was devout in his faith and was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Church.
Rocky is survived by his beloved wife Marie; his children Rocco IV and Karen Migliori of Rome, and Donna and Mark Eychner of Rome; grandchildren Mitchell Eychner, Griffin Eychner, and Katherine Migliori; his sister Marilyn Frank of Rome, as well as several nieces and nephews. Rocco is predeceased by his parents, brother-in-law Robert Frank, brother-in-law Richard Ferrucci, and sister-in-law Angeline Ferrucci.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 1:00 pm at St. John the Baptist Church, 210 E. Dominick St. with the Rev. Paul F. Angelicchio as celebrant. Calling hours will be on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 5pm - 7pm at the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo Street.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. John’s Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the Funeral Home as well as the Church rectory.
