Norma Frank
Norma Frank, 96, of Tennessee, formerly of Rome, passed away on Thursday, August 1,2024.
Born July 4.1928 in Rome N.Y. to Luigi and Vincenza Cicconi Cingranelli, Norma attended Rome Schools. On April 12,1947 she married Salvatore J. Frank in St. John the Baptist Church. Salvatore predeceased her in October 2017.
Norma was very active throughout her life spending time with her 9 grandchildren and helping friends and family members whenever there was a need. She was known as an excellent cook and baker.
Norma loved being a member of her large and very active family. She was the tenth child and last surviving sibling of the eleven Cingranelli children: Frank, Albert, Angelo, Armand, John, Salvatore, Dominick, Louis and sisters Anna Petricca and Nancy Guida.
Norma is survived by her children Salvatore (Mary Beth) of Holiday Fl., Mark (Tempe) of Clearwater Fl., Rodney (Laura Davis) of Charleston S.C and Marilyn Salerno (Dave Evans) of Nashville Tn. In addition, she is survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Norma is also survived by special nieces Doris Page and Virginia Recchio and sister-in-law Josie Cingranelli.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family with internment at the St. John’s Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.
