Kimberly Ann Maples
Kimberly Ann Maples, 52, of Rockledge, FL and formerly of Rome, died unexpectedly after health problems on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Kimmy was born on June 7, 1972, in Rome, the beloved daughter of Gary Maples and Monica Tomassi. Kimberly graduated from RFA and Brown University as an Administrative Assistant. She was employed by the VA in Healthcare.
Kimmy was a selfless, beautiful person. She had a huge sense of humor and an infectious laugh and a smile that would light up a room. Kimmy never judged anyone. She was so full of love and compassion and had a bubbly personality. Kimberly is survived by her special parents, Monica Tomassi, Gary Maples and her stepdad, Larry Lillemo. She leaves one brother, Gary D. Maples; and two special nephews. Kim also leaves many aunts, uncles and cousins; and her special aunt, Minica Tomassi. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Luciano and Louise Tomassi; paternal grandmother Mary Maples; uncles, Robert, Mark and Ron; and her cousin Phylis.
Memorial service will be held at 6pm on Friday, September 20, 2024 at the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St. Calling hours will be from 4 – 6 pm prior to the service.
