Jay B. Chapin, 64, of Anderson,SC and formerly of Rome, passed away on April 29, 2021. He was born on November 23, 1956 in Utica a son of Elbert Chapin and Virginia Strobel.
Surviving is his Half Brother Brian Lighthall of Rome.
Funeral services were private.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.
