Fannie Mae Rudd, 75, of Rome, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025., with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Alabama on February 26, 1950. Fannie Mae was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be deeply missed. Too often in life you do not realize what you have until it’s gone.

Fannie is survived by her husband, Glenn Rudd, a blessed union of 57 years; her sons Glenn Jr., TJ, and Shannon; her daughter-in-law Arica; grandchildren Anthony, Rhiannon, Hunter, Tyler, Avery, Chase, Phoenix, and Ollie. She is also survived by her sister Melissa Burns, brother Laverne Brown, sister-in-law Jeanne Stone, brother-n-law Mick Burns, and her sister-in-law Tammy Brown.

Private services will be in the spring at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bottini Funeral Home, 120 W. Embargo St.
